Why does this fan have a water leak issue?

The water leakage occurs when the top water tank is overfilled, causing water to overflow from the sides. To avoid this issue, we recommend adding water directly to the bottom tank.

Does it measure up to the cooling power of an air conditioner?

Since our portable air conditioner cools through water, it cannot compete with the cooling power of an air conditioner. However, it is cooler than a regular fan and more energy-efficient than an air conditioner.

Without ice and water, does this portable air conditioner just blow regular fan-like air with no cooling?

Yes, without the addition of ice and water, our portable air conditioner functions like a regular fan, blowing air without cooling effects. It is suitable for smaller areas or as a refreshing breeze on hot days, similar to a fan.

Does the ice crystal boxes need to be replaced with water frequently?

After adding 80% of water for the first time, there is no need to replace the water in the ice crystal boxes. You can simply circulate and refrigerate the water for continued use.

If the water tank is dirty, how do I replace and clean it?

To replace and clean the water tank, you can remove the back panel of the evaporative air swamp cooler and take off the filter cotton board for cleaning. Additionally, we provide a cleaning sponge for cleaning the bottom water tank.
