One common issue reported by buyers is that the fan doesn't work, automatically shuts off after a while, or has low airflow. This problem occurs because the plug, computer, or rechargeable device connected to the USB end doesn't provide a 2A current. The market plugs usually have 5V/0.5A, 5V/1A, or 5V/2A. It's recommended for buyers to use an adapter at 5V/2A to ensure proper functioning. Also, please note that using pure water or distilled water may reduce the spray effect and cause dripping water.
